Our position
Clickefy.Ai respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of Clickefy to do the same. We act on clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights, the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
How to file a notice
Send a written notice to support@clickefy.ai that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- Identification of the material on Clickefy that allegedly infringes (e.g. the URL or screenshot).
- Your contact information (full name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-notice
If you believe material you created was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to support@clickefy.ai. The notice must identify the removed material, include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and confirm your consent to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai (and, where you are a US-based complainant, of the applicable US federal court).
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
